Our process to find the perfect driver/customer match begins with having you fill out an application and meet with one of our professional driver recruiters. We discuss your experience, skills, availability, and desired travel time to determine which open jobs might be a good fit for you.
Based on your interview with the recruiter, we will tell you about our available jobs, and ask for feedback about which one(s) you are interested in. We will run all appropriate DOT background checks and screenings, as required by our customers, before we request an official interview with them.
We will then submit your bio to the company or companies, and set up the interview(s). This interview will give you the opportunity to decide if that job and customer is a good fit for you.
If you and the customer match well, the next step of the process depends on the type of position being offered to you (direct hire, trial to hire, temp/seasonal). You can start your new driver position in as early as a week after starting the application process.
If we do not have any openings that you are interested in pursuing, your information is kept in our system for consideration on future openings.
